Evelyne Mukashyaka

Evelyne Mukashyaka is a dancer instructor, performer, choreographer, trainer and educator with a background in accounting and finance. She started dancing at the age of 15 in a modern dance group called World changer, performing in different churches in East Africa.
She was inspired by MindLeaps NGO way back in 2015 when she attended ballet and contemporary dance training programs and she was hired as a dance instructor for 4 years. There she worked with young adults and kids from age 4 and above.
For the past 2 years, Evelyne has been a trainer for dance educators and has developed her skills as a dance teacher and choreographer.

In 2020, she decided to start her own 4Tutor, tutoring one on one and teaching dance and language to kids and adults. Evelyne has been working at City arts school teaching ballet and contemporary since 2017 and she also gives private classes. She has given classes to international students in different schools in Kigali such as Green hills academy, Discovery international school and she will soon start to teach at the Ecole Belge and at Kigali international Community school.
Evelyne is part of the Elite program at Mashirika. She is eager to impact young talented dancers in Rwanda and plans to collaborate with dancers and different dance companies and organisations.
